செந்தில் , கோட்டார்

நான் கடந்த ஆண்டு முன் சிவம் ப்ராப்பர்டீஸ் நிறுவனத்தாரை தொடர்பு கொண்டேன். என் தேவை , நாகர்கோவில் நகர் சுற்று வட்டாரத்தில் வீடு கட்ட நல்ல இடம் குறைந்த விலையில் தேவை. இருக்கிறதா? என கேட்டேன். நான் இதற்கு முன் பல ரியல்எஸ்டேட் நிறுவனங்களிடமும் விசாரித்துள்ளேன். அதுபோலவே இவர்களிடமும் சொன்னேன். பலர் “குறைந்த விலையில்” என்றாலே முகம் சுளிப்பார்கள். ஆனால் இவர்களோ அதன் பின் வந்த நாட்களில் பல இடங்களை நேரில் அழைத்து சென்று காட்டினார்கள். நானும் சொந்தமாக இடம் வாங்கினேன். இவர்களே வங்கி கடனும் ஏற்படுத்தி கொடுத்ததால் வீடு கட்டி முடித்துள்ளேன். இன்று நானும் என் குடும்பத்தாரும் சொந்த வீட்டில் குடியிருப்பது மகிழச்சி.
